These terms govern use of the WGF Group website, interactive tools, downloadable resources, and inquiry forms. A separate written engagement agreement governs any professional services and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Educational information only

Website content is general educational information and is not legal, tax, investment, audit, lending, securities, or individualized financial advice. Viewing content, using a calculator, downloading a resource, submitting a form, or scheduling a call does not create a client, fiduciary, accountant-client, adviser-client, or other professional relationship.

No guarantee of outcomes

Examples, forecasts, case studies, calculators, funding discussions, tax-credit information, and runway estimates depend on assumptions and may not reflect your circumstances. WGF does not guarantee financing, profitability, tax credits, investment returns, regulatory outcomes, cost savings, or business survival.

Professional and regulated services

Services requiring a license, attestation, legal opinion, tax return signature, investment recommendation, or other regulated professional act are performed only when included in a written engagement and by an appropriately qualified person. WGF is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or public accounting firm unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise through a properly licensed provider.

Interactive tools

Calculators and checklists use information you enter and simplified assumptions. You are responsible for validating results before making decisions. Do not rely on the site as the sole basis for hiring, financing, tax, legal, or investment action.

“No cost until profitable” eligibility

Any deferred-fee or “no cost until profitable” arrangement is limited, subject to underwriting and scope, and valid only when stated in a signed engagement agreement. It is not a loan, investment, grant, financing commitment, or generally available offer.

Intellectual property

WGF owns or licenses the site design, writing, reports, graphics, and tools. You may use downloaded resources internally for your business. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or create a competing product from the materials without written permission.

Third-party links

Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, ecosystem partners, and other third parties are provided for convenience. WGF is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. WGF disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
